The company closing days are excluded for Jewish holidays.

Free shipping costs for delivery in Italy

You can return or replace the items ordered up to 14 days from delivery by completing the online return form.

Once completed, you will receive the receipt by email to be printed and inserted in the package. 

Upon receipt of your package, we will send you a refund confirmation email which you will receive within 14 days of the return acceptance date.
